Migration guide
Moving off Calendly is far easier than people expect — there's nothing to export and no data to migrate. Here's the whole process, step by step.
Start your free trial
Sign up at CalenQ — 15 days free, no credit card. Takes about 20 seconds.
Connect your calendar
Link Google or Outlook so your real availability is respected and bookings land automatically. CalenQ pre-seeds Mon–Fri 9–5 — adjust if you like.
Recreate your event type(s)
Title, duration, and a price if you charge. Most people have just one to three. Copy them straight from your Calendly event types.
Set your booking link (your domain)
Use your CalenQ link — or put it on your own domain at book.yourbrand.com so it carries your brand, not a third party's.
Swap the link everywhere
Update your bio, email signature and site. Keep Calendly live for a short overlap so no in-flight booking is missed, then cancel it.
No. There’s nothing locked inside Calendly to lose — your actual appointments live on your Google/Outlook calendar, and CalenQ reads that calendar directly, so every existing event is respected for availability from minute one. The only thing to do is point your booking link at CalenQ instead of Calendly. Keep both live for a short overlap so no in-flight booking slips, then cancel Calendly and stop paying the monthly fee.

Everything people check before they move.
About two minutes for a basic setup. Connect your calendar, recreate your event type(s), and share your new link. CalenQ pre-seeds Mon–Fri 9–5 availability so there's almost nothing to configure to start.
Bookings already on your calendar stay on your calendar — CalenQ reads your Google/Outlook calendar, so existing events are respected for availability. For upcoming Calendly bookings, let them run out on Calendly while new bookings come through CalenQ, then cancel Calendly.
You recreate your event types (title, duration, price) — usually one to three of them. Availability is auto-seeded. There's no long migration; most people are done in minutes.
Update it to your new CalenQ link (ideally on your own domain, book.yourbrand.com). Keep Calendly active for a short overlap so no in-flight booking is missed, then switch fully.
