30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

CalenQ is sold as a one-time Lifetime purchase. If it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, within 30 days of purchase, and include your order or receipt details so we can locate the payment. There's no form to fill out and no justification required.

How refunds are issued

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method (the card, UPI, or account used at checkout).
• Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• After a refund is processed, the Lifetime access tied to that purchase is deactivated.

After 30 days

CalenQ is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges, so there are no subscription renewals to cancel. Requests made more than 30 days after purchase fall outside the guarantee window but are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
