One platform for booking, getting paid, and following up

CalenQ is scheduling, payments, a real CRM, and AI in a single tool. Run it on your own domain, under your own brand, for a one-time price instead of a monthly subscription.

What CalenQ is

CalenQ is an all-in-one scheduling platform and Calendly alternative for coaches, consultants, and small service teams. It hosts your booking page on your own custom domain, white-labels the booking experience and emails under your brand, and is available for a one-time lifetime price instead of a monthly subscription. It accepts payments at booking through Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay (including UPI), issues GST and VAT tax invoices, and includes a built-in CRM with pipelines, lead forms, email sequences, and an AI assistant, plus Google and Outlook calendar sync with automatic Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom links. It supports 1:1, group, event, recurring, and package bookings, team round-robin routing, and flexible payment timing where the host can collect payment upfront, at booking, or after approving the request.

The rest of this page walks through each area in detail, grouped the way you'd actually use it: scheduling first, then money, then everything that happens around the booking.

Scheduling

  • Every booking shape you need. One-on-one, group, event, workshop, recurring, and package bookings, all from the same editor.
  • A booking page that fits your week. Reusable named schedules, per-type availability, date-specific hours, blocked dates, and your own holidays.
  • Group events that fill up cleanly. Seat limits per slot and an automatic waitlist that notifies the next person when a seat opens.
  • Self-serve reschedule and cancel. Bookers manage their own time through your link, within the rules you set, with reminders sent automatically.
  • Buffers, notice windows, and daily caps so a busy day never turns into back-to-back overload.

Payments and money

Get paid the moment someone books, on the rails your clients already use, and keep full control of when the money is collected.

  • Three processors, your accounts. Connect Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Bookings settle to you; CalenQ never holds the funds.
  • Choose when you collect. Charge upfront before the booking is made, charge at the time of booking, or approve the request first and then charge. Pick what fits the work.
  • Deposits and request-to-book. Take a deposit to hold a slot, or have bookings come in as requests you approve before any money moves.
  • Refund policies that match your terms. Flexible, moderate, or strict cancellation rules, with refunds handled for you.
  • Discount codes and tax invoices. Run promotions, and issue proper GST and VAT invoices to clients who need them.

Branding and white-label

  • Your domain, not ours. The booking page lives on your own custom domain.
  • Your brand on the page and the emails. Logo, name, and accent colour carry through the booking experience and every confirmation, reminder, and reschedule message.
  • No CalenQ badge. The booking page reads as yours, end to end.

CRM and marketing

Every booking and lead lands in a contact record, so the relationship doesn't stop when the meeting ends.

  • Contacts that build themselves. Bookers become contacts automatically, with lifetime value, history, and timeline already filled in.
  • Pipelines, segments, tasks, and companies to track where each relationship stands and what to do next.
  • Lead capture forms that qualify people before they reach your calendar.
  • Email sequences and workflows for follow-ups and reminders that run on their own.
  • Import and reporting. Bring contacts in from CSV or Excel, and forecast revenue and measure marketing attribution across the book.

AI

  • Write for you. Generate booking type descriptions and draft follow-up messages in your voice.
  • Summarize and score. Get a quick read on a contact's history and a sense of which leads are worth your time.
  • Ask your CRM questions in plain language and get grounded answers with links back to the records.
  • Your key or ours. Use the included allowance, top up with token packs, or connect your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic key.

Calendar and meetings

  • Two-way sync with Google and Outlook so your real availability is always reflected and new bookings land on your calendar.
  • Meeting links generated automatically. Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom links are created per booking, or paste a fixed room.
  • Reminders and clean invites that come from CalenQ on your behalf, so they land in the inbox rather than the spam folder.

Integrations and developer tools

  • Calendar and video. Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • SMS, WhatsApp, and calls through your own Twilio account for reminders and outreach.
  • A real REST API and signed webhooks to wire CalenQ into the rest of your stack.

Teams

  • Shared booking types a team can deliver together.
  • Round-robin, collective, and managed routing so the right person takes each booking.
  • Roles and a shared contact book that keep a growing team organized without losing track of who owns what.

Questions, answered

Features, answered

The questions people ask before they move their scheduling over.

Is everything included in the one-time price?+

Yes. Scheduling, payments, the built-in CRM, AI, calendar sync, white-label branding, team routing, the developer API, and your booking page on your own domain are all part of the $39 lifetime purchase. There are no per-feature add-ons and no per-seat fees.

Can I take payments when someone books?+

Yes. Connect Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and collect money at booking. You also control the timing: charge upfront before the booking is made, charge at the time of booking, or approve the request first and then charge. Deposits, refund policies, discount codes, and GST or VAT tax invoices are all supported.

Is there really a CRM built in?+

Yes. CalenQ keeps a contact record for everyone who books, with pipelines, segments, tasks, companies, lead capture forms, email sequences, and automated workflows. You can import contacts from a CSV or Excel file and run reporting and revenue forecasting over the whole book.

What can the AI do?+

The AI writes booking descriptions, summarizes a contact's history, drafts follow-up messages, scores leads, and answers plain-language questions about your CRM. You can run it on the included allowance, buy token packs, or connect your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic key.

Does it work with my calendar and video tools?+

Yes. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, plus automatic Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom links generated per booking. Reminders, self-serve reschedule, and cancellation are built in.

What kinds of bookings can I offer?+

One-on-one, group, event, workshop, recurring, and package bookings. Group events get seat limits and an automatic waitlist. Teams can route bookings with round-robin, collective, and managed assignment.

Can I put my booking page on my own domain?+

Yes. Your page lives on your own custom domain, and the booking experience and emails are white-labeled under your brand rather than ours.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes, a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. After that it's a one-time $39 for lifetime access.
